Love the rumble of antique machinery or the rustic charm of a pioneer village? Ever wonder what it was like to live in a prairie town? Like making a difference or being a part of a team?

 

The PTM is always looking for those who want to assist with various aspects of the museum. There are many projects and dates to choose from with plenty of flexibility.

Volunteer opportunities are varied and include:

 

  • Costumed/in-character work for events and parade floats

  • Restoration/maintenance of buildings and antique tractors

  • Cataloguing/restoring/cleaning artifacts 

  • Yard maintenance/mowing/flower box upkeep

  • Guiding interactive stations

  • Translation (for visitors)

  • Organizing and promoting museum activities

  • Valley Harvest Maids kitchen team

  • Blacksmith assistants

  • Office assistants

  • Board members
